A few details about the program
☐ Kidz Club will run Monday through Friday 2:00-5:30 at St Joes for grades K-8. We are beginning our program September 11th.
☐ Cost is $30 per child per day/$20 per additional sibling.
☐ Signups are done through our online Calendar
☐ You MUST pre-pay and sign up for your days in advance. The system will not allow you to book unless you have paid. No cash option available for the 2023/2024 school year.
☐ We recomend you sign up at the start of each month, however, add on’s throughout the month can be added if space is available. The only way to guarantee a spot is signing up before the month begins. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged for the missed day (emergencies can be discussed).
☐ Snack is provided by Kidz Club, or you can send a snack.
☐ Kidz Club is run and staffed by Kidzfun, a local business run by mother daughter team Theresa McLennan and Allie Gagne. They have been in business over 20 years, and have been a trustworthy and professional resource in our community.
General Schedule
☐ 2:00-2:15 students are escorted to Kidz Club and attendance is taken
☐ 2:15-3:00 Snack, recess, socialize, play!
☐ 3:00- 4:00 Homework/reading/quiet time (these needs change as the year goes on and according to the grade of each child)
☐ 4:00 through pickup- PE activities, free choice, socialization, board/card games, fresh air
☐ We will operate on a rolling pickup system. Each parent will text when they are on their way and we will have your kiddo as close to ready as we can get them.
☐ Every Friday will be FUN FRIDAY! The activity will change every week, but we plan to have local enrichment programs come in for activities, movie days, ice cream socials, tournaments, competitions. Fridays are about letting loose and having fun in a safe and supervised environment.
Registration Process
☐ Fill out this registration, even if you won’t need coverage in September. This will need to be on file in case you are ever stuck and need to add a day here and there!
☐ Purchase passes and sign up for days on our Calendar
